This surface pump can draw water from a shallow source (well,
spring, pond, river, lake, etc.), push it as high as 230 feet (~100 psi)
and deliver as much as 5,600 gallons per day. This positive displacement
pump is super efficient, rugged and reliable with a 20 year life
expectancy (5-10 year maintenance interval). The Solar Force pumps can
be used solar direct, from a battery or even an AC source (specify your
power source when ordering) and its mechanical drive allows for backup
engine or hand-lever operation (only for the hearty). These pumps have a
suction lift of 25’ at sea level (subtract 1’ for every 1000’ in
elevation above sea level) and they can tolerate dirty water. There is a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on
the Solar Force piston pumps. There are three basic models of the Solar
